How can I order online

Fast, safe and secure online purchasing. All you need to do is follow a few simple steps.

The simple steps to place your order:

You can search for a specific product using the Search Bar,

or browse the product categories directly from the main navigation menu,

or navigate within the alternative categories.

Once you have found your desired product, you can add it to your shopping cart by simply clicking the “ADD TO BASKET” button.

You can add multiple products from different categories to your Shopping Basket.

Check Basket and Proceed to Checkout

You’ve got 2 options:

  1. VIEW BASKET: you can check the contents of your basket.
  2. PROCEED TO CHECKOUT: if you are sure that you got everything you need in your Shopping Basket, you can proceed directly to checkout. In case you already have an account, do not forget to log in. If you do not have an account yet, you can create a new account (based on the data entered at the completion of the order form) or if you do not want to create an account, you can checkout as a Guest without creating an account.

In case you want your order to be delivered to a different address than the billing address, check and fill in the required fields.

Choose your preferred Payment Method

Provita Nutrition Europe gives you two payment options to pay for your order.

  • Wire Transfer
  • PayPal (Credit / Debit Card Payment possible here)

Either one you chose, the website will guide you through the process.

Accepting Terms of Service and completing the order

Do not forget to read the Terms of Service and check the “I agree to the Terms of Service” checkbox before sending the order.

Optionally you can check the “Subscribe to newsletter!” box as well, in case you would like to receive our FREE newsletter with the latest news on products and the doctor’s advice for a healthy life.

After you have checked the box(es), press the “PLACE ORDER” button. Shortly after pressing this button, you will receive an email, confirming the new order.

Returning or New Client?

  1. If you are a New Customer / Client, then you have to fill in the form data and click the “PLACE ORDER” button.
  2. f you are Returning Customer, enter your email and password in the fields on the right and all your data used in your last order will be autocompleted. If you want delivery under the same conditions, just press “PLACE ORDER”. Otherwise, complete the fields with the new Billing or Shipping information.

Save the data

After each placed order, delivery information is saved for later use.
